Abdoul Kabaou

DIRECTOR - PROCUREMENT 

Abdoul Kabaou is Director of Procurement for Clinton National Airport. He joined the airport in December 2020 from ​the City of Little Rock.

Abdoul holds a bachelor's degree in finance and computer information systems as well as a master's degree in management information systems. Before joining the procurement world, Abdoul spent his early years in information technology between programming and system administration. He is driven by systematic process improvement and information quality; and strives to apply those concepts to procurements issues.

Abdoul is a past president for the Arkansas Chapter of the NIGP (National Institute of Governmental Purchasing).
