David Tipton, CPA, CFA, C.M.

DIRECTOR - FINANCE

With more than 30 years of experience, David Tipton leads our finance team, which is responsible for all accounting and financial management functions of the state’s largest airport.

Tipton, an experienced Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst, joined Clinton National Airport in 2012. His background includes serving as a controller for an electrical wholesale company as well as an analyst and accountant for one of the world’s largest petroleum companies.

Tipton is a member of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University. He is a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
