DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Thomas Clarke’s nearly 30 years of experience has helped enhance convenience and comfort for passengers at Clinton National Airport. Clarke recently completed oversight of the airport’s nearly $100 million construction initiative, the largest in the airport’s history.
As deputy executive director, he has leadership responsibilities for air service development, facilities, finance, operations, procurement and properties, planning and development,
Prior to joining Clinton National Airport, Clarke served as manager of engineering and planning for Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority.
Thomas has earned a Master of Business Administration from Memphis State University, a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Christian Brothers College in Memphis.
He is a registered Professional Civil Engineer and a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives Accredited Airport Executive Program. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis and Christian Brothers College.
